Like Mist from Unhurried Clouds I and II each 30 x 30 inches oil on canvas
What could have been a lethally exhausting combination of artwalk and a weekend studio tour has inspired me to paint! There is something about seeing one’s work hung for a show that allows for contemplation and then a renewal of creative spirit. How fun. I started working on these paintings on Sunday morning when traffic was a wee bit slow and I think that I’ll have both finished by Saturday for the second round of studio visitors. I gave away a $100 gift certificate last weekend and another awaits a lucky winner this weekend.
